In addition to the development of both the Thesis and narrative, the MArch requires a significant amount of technical investigation in order to suitably justify the scheme proposal. From the tectonic and structural strategies to construction detailing and thermal performance, the scheme is tested and subsequently evaluated on a number of different levels. This document introduces the scheme and outlines the relevant strategies before recording the more detailed investigation. It was supported by a lengthy appendix containing detailed product specifications and performance values.
